It definitely helps me recover after a hard run or anything else that might lead to soreness, I just wish it came in individual sachets as well as tubs for a more convenient on the go option! Another flavor option might be nice too, the taste is great but I often mix it with hydrate to make it even better or sometimes with supermix and hydrate to further aid in recovery.
